The implementation of the fire strategy is key to its success. Our role provides clear performance specifications, support to onsite construction detailing and product choice. We also assist with inspection, handover, and witness testing.

All buildings require good fire safety management - whether this is preventing fire or its development, to how well the building, its systems and occupants respond. We have extensive experience in evaluating safety in buildings and providing Fire Risk Assessments (meeting the requirements of the RRO) and associated fire safety manuals and operational procedures.

Fire safety modelling is the backbone of performance based design. We have expertise with a range of modelling techniques and software solutions. These include smoke modelling, ventilation assessments, egress analysis, structural fire protection analysis (including compartmentation), thermal radiation analysis and Quantified Fire Risk Assessment & Cost Benefit Analysis.
